To log in, use the log in credentials that you received via email.
Insert your username (your email address) and password into the login page, then press Sign In.
In some cases, the system may ask you to change the password upon first log in. This allows you to set your own password, which will only be known by you.
Your username is the email address you used when you registered.
If you have previously registered but can't remember your password, go to the login page and click on the "Forgot your password?" link. In the pop up screen, enter the email address you used when you registered and we'll email you a link to reset your password.
Check that the password reset email hasn't gone to your spam or junk folder. If the email is still missing, it is likely that the email address you entered in the password reset form is not linked to an active Allara Global account.
Refill the password reset form with another email address. If you are part of an organisation, your Allara Global account will likely be linked to whichever email address you provided to your employer.
If you still have not received an email, please contact Allara Global’s Support Team at firstname.lastname@example.org. In your message be sure to include:

A certificate is a document confirming your participation in and completion of a course or a learning plan. It’s available for some (but not all) courses and learning plans.
Once a certificate has been awarded, you will receive an email containing a link to download it. Certificates for learning plans are issued only when you have completed ALL of the courses within a learning plan.
Another way to download a certificate you have been awarded, is to access the platform main menu, and select My Activities. Then select the courses or learning plans tab, and click on the certificate icon at the end of the course or learning plan row. The icon is visible only after you have obtained the certificate.
Whilst all of our courses are available in English as standard, they can also be provided in a range of other languages upon request. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your specific requirements.
